History - As a professor at The Cleveland Institute of Art, Viktor Schreckengost founded what is arguably the first industrial design program in the US. Schreckengost, often referred to as ‘an American Da Vinci’ is considered to be one of the most prolific designers in history, and is credited with having a $250 billion impact on the US economy.

Talent - The ID program at CIA is considered to be one of the best in the US, training some of the most sought-after talent in the industry. Nearly half of all ID programs are within a 300 mile radius of Cleveland, including most of the top-ranked programs.
