City of Cleveland Design District Incentives

- Up to $350,000 in loan funding
- Up to 30% forgiveness
- Additional 5% forgiveness for sustainable initiatives

Neighborhood Retail Assistance Program

- Up to $40,000 in assistance, at 3% interest

Storefront Renovation Program

- Offers a 40% rebate (up to $25,000) for renovation of small commercial space

Community Partnership for Arts and Culture Creative Workforce Fellowship

- Up to $20,000 grant for working artists

Made in Cuyahoga County

- Low-interest loans for manufacturing firms

MAGNET-New product Development and Entrepreneurship Loan Fund

- 0% loans up to $115,000

Grow Cuyahoga County Fund

- $100,000 to $1 million in small business loans at 2% interest.

Jumpstart

- Invests in and forges partnerships with innovative, early-stage Northeast Ohio
companies that have the potential to generate $30-$50 million in revenues in five
to seven years.

- $35-500,00 in small business loans at 4% interest.
